PIKEVILLE,  KENTUCKY:  Mark A. Gooch Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Community  Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Debra Hess has been  promoted to the position of Vice President, CRA/Fair Lending Officer at  Community Trust Bank.  
 
Ms.  Hess’s  responsibility as CRA/Fair Lending Officer is to develop and  implement programs to ensure the Bank meets the needs of the community  and attains Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance goals.  Her  office is located in the Pikeville Main Office located at 346 N. Mayo  Trail in Pikeville, Kentucky.
 
Ms.  Hess has worked for Community Trust Bank for more than 34 years.  While  at Community Trust, she has worked as an Audit Department Staff  Auditor, Residential Lending Underwriter, and Quality Control  Supervisor.  
 
Debra  Hess graduated from Elkhorn City High School in Elkhorn, Kentucky.  She  earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Alice Lloyd  College in Pippa Passes, Kentucky.  She earned an MBA from the  University of Pikeville in Pikeville, Kentucky.  Ms. Hess resides in  Pikeville, Kentucky.
