PIKEVILLE,  KENTUCKY:  Mark A. Gooch Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Community  Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Frank Price has been  named as Quality Control Supervisor at Community Trust Bank.  
 
Mr.  Price’s responsibilities as Quality Control Supervisor include the  tracking of loan exceptions, review of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act  (HMDA) data and monthly reports, and completing Direct Trend Analysis  reports for risk management.  Mr. Price’s office is located at the  Community Trust Bank Operations Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.
 
Mr.  Price has worked for Community Trust Bank for twelve years.  He  graduated from Prestonsburg High School in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.  He  earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science Information Technology  from Big Sandy Community and Technical College in Prestonsburg,  Kentucky.  He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Science Business  Administration from Southern New Hampshire University Online.
 
Mr.  Price and his wife Mashanna, also employed with Community Trust Bank,  have two children.  They reside in Pikeville, Kentucky.
