Burtonsville home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Burtonsville rose by $28,500 while total sales increased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $287,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Burtonsville in the first quarter of 2016.
