Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ashton-Sandy Spring fell by $64,500 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,500 - a 10.9% decrease over the $592,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the second half of 2016.
