Travilah home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Travilah rose by $550 while total sales increased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 0.1% increase over the $1,099,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Travilah in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Travilah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $12,745, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
