Clarksburg home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Clarksburg fell by $8,500 while total sales increased by 37.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $424,000 - a 2% decrease over the $432,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Clarksburg in the first quarter of 2017.
