Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,150,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $1,090,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Chevy Chase in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
