Clarksburg home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Clarksburg fell by $1,250 while total sales increased by 1.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Poolesville rose by $66,000 while total sales decreased by 11.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Travilah fell by $18,640 while total sales decreased by 7.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Clarksburg rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 21.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Clarksburg rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 20.3%.
